1. Consider having a large salad a day.
2. Consume 2-3 units of fruits per day.
3. Consume at least 2-3 liters of water per day.
4. Increase your protein. Consuming more protein will make you feel less hungry throughout the day.
5. Make sure you have a well-balanced meal 3-4 times a day with some rest in between meals.
Consider, manipulating macronutrient intake, like not eating carbohydrates, will make you lose body weight in the short term, but in the long term will not have a healthy effect.
